After a solid 5-0 Week 7, the betting column continued its momentum with a 3-2 record last weekend, now sitting two games over .500 as the season reaches its midpoint. Trey McBride managed to surpass 70 yards in overtime, while the Steelers moneyline against the Browns proved an easy win. The two-leg parlay hit smoothly with Bhayshul Tuten excelling in the Jaguars' blowout against the Colts.

However, not all bets were successful. The Dolphins-Patriots matchup fell short of the 43.5 points, with New England winning 24-19, and Zay Flowers failed to reach 90+ receiving yards, ending up catch-less due to injuries affecting Lamar Jackson and Tyler Huntley.

Looking ahead to Week 9, the Broncos are favored by 2.5 points against the Panthers. Despite a promising start, Carolina's recent performances, including losses of 43-13 and 27-19, reveal struggles primarily due to injuries on the offensive line.

Key bets for the week include:

• Drake Maye to throw 1+ interceptions against a formidable Packers defense that leads the league in turnovers.
• Sione Vaki over 20 rushing yards, as he showed promise against the Vikings.
• Texans at Chargers UNDER 42.5, given the Chargers’ offensive struggles and a talented Texans defense.
• Drake London to record 6+ receptions and 80+ receiving yards in a high-scoring game against the Bengals, capitalizing on Cincinnati's defensive weaknesses.

The predicted outcomes for Week 9 include:

• Jaguars beating Ravens
• Bengals defeating Falcons
• Saints over Browns
• Cowboys winning against Colts
• Broncos beating Panthers
• Lions over Dolphins
• Rams defeating Commanders
• Giants beating Eagles
• Chiefs over Jets
• Texans defeating Chargers
• Seahawks beating Cardinals
• Patriots over Packers
• 49ers defeating Raiders
• Bears beating Buccaneers
• Bills over Vikings.
