Tuchel, who took charge as head coach in January 2025, has extended his contract through Euro 2028, which will be co-hosted by England, Wales, Scotland, and the Republic of Ireland. When asked about his future after the World Cup, Tuchel stated, "We keep on going with the contract until the home Euros. I'm looking forward to that even though right now it's difficult to look that far ahead."
