Georgia Wareham shone brightly for Welsh Fire, scoring her first half-century in the tournament with a remarkable 50 runs off 34 balls. Her late innings surge propelled Fire to a competitive total of 138-7, after a promising start had stalled.

London Spirit, already eliminated from playoff contention, faced a daunting chase and quickly found themselves in trouble. Grace Potts of Welsh Fire made an early impact, taking two wickets in consecutive deliveries, dismissing Grace Harris and Marie Kelly during the powerplay.
