However, the team's innings faltered after his dismissal, despite a late surge from Tom Alsop, who contributed 31 runs off 18 balls. The bowling attack of MI London proved too strong, with Richard Gleeson taking an impressive 4 wickets for 25 runs and Sam Curran claiming 2 wickets for 27 runs.

Chasing a target of 144 runs, MI London showcased their batting prowess, finishing at 144-3 in 84 balls.
