This pursuit is particularly intriguing given that not long ago, Jonathan David was considered one of Europe’s most sought-after talents. He joined Juventus in July 2025 on a five-year deal, but his first campaign in Serie A has been disappointing, prompting the club to consider reshaping their forward line.

For Newcastle, the need for a reliable attacker is evident.
