The NFL's third and fourth weeks reveal the first signs of separation in the battle for the Super Bowl, with some teams showing surprising gaps in the standings. Notably, the Green Bay Packers find themselves two games behind in the NFC North, currently sitting at the bottom of the division.

As the season progresses, early results may not be reflective of future performance. Teams like the Denver Broncos are positioned to either rise or fall dramatically. The Broncos, facing a challenging schedule, have a chance to finish the month at 3-1 after back-to-back wins, countering their 31-10 loss to the Chiefs. Their defense has proven formidable, effectively stifling quarterbacks like Matthew Stafford and Trevor Lawrence.

In stark contrast, the Packers are in dire straits, with their only win coming against the New York Jets in overtime. With poor performances, including a significant loss to the Atlanta Falcons, the Packers risk a season that could leave them closer to the top draft pick than a playoff berth. Coach Matt LaFleur faces immense pressure to rectify these issues.

Long Shot of the Week

• Raiders (+9000): Despite a 3-0 start, skepticism surrounds their success due to a weak schedule. However, coach Klint Kubiak has sparked intrigue with his offensive strategies.

Key Games to Watch in Week 4

• Rams at Eagles: A crucial game for both teams, with the Rams needing to avoid a 1-3 record.
• Broncos at 49ers: A pivotal matchup for both teams, highlighting Denver's difficult road ahead.
• Patriots at Bills: An important AFC East clash that could solidify the Bills as the team to beat.

As the season unfolds, these early indicators will shape the narrative leading into the playoffs.
