Stefon Diggs finds himself unsigned as NFL training camps approach, yet he ranks as the top offensive player available in free agency. Since 2018, Diggs has consistently surpassed 1,000 receiving yards each season, except for an injury-plagued 2024 where he played only eight games. He stated, "Everybody got a 1. Opportunities aside, people might say there's seven real 1s. In my opinion, I can compete with anybody... You can't name a No. 2 better than me."

If he secures a secondary role, he could become a significant threat, but comparisons to elite No. 2s like Tee Higgins and George Pickens reveal that he might need to adjust his expectations. Teams such as the Washington Commanders, New York Jets, and Indianapolis Colts may seek his services to bolster their receiving corps as they look to enhance their offensive capabilities.
