Smriti Mandhana has etched her name in history by becoming the all-time leading run-scorer in women’s international cricket after a stunning century for India at the Women’s Asia Cup.

In a dominant performance, Mandhana scored 124 runs off 64 deliveries, leading India to a 137-run victory over Hong Kong in their second Group A match. With this win, India posted a total of 193-5 in their 20 overs, while Hong Kong was bowled out for just 56 runs.

This remarkable innings propelled Mandhana's career total to 10,880 runs across all formats, surpassing former captain Mithali Raj, who previously held the record with 10,868 runs.
