Shakur Stevenson is making waves in the boxing world after signing with Zuffa Boxing, marking a significant turning point in his career. The unbeaten, four-division titleholder, fresh off victories against William Zepeda and Teofimo Lopez Jr., has solidified his status among the best pound-for-pound fighters.

Stevenson, who held the WBO junior welterweight title, expressed his excitement about the deal, noting that while financial terms remain undisclosed, he finds the offer "insane." He emphasized the importance of fighting high-profile opponents, saying, "If somebody doesn't want to fight and they say no, they are scared for real. There's nothing stopping these fights from happening."

This signing represents a validation of his journey, especially after facing criticism for his defensive style and dealing with injuries. His impressive performance against Lopez, compared to a young Floyd Mayweather, helped pave the way for his move to Zuffa.
