Real Madrid has intensified their interest in Alex Scott, the Bournemouth and England midfielder, adding a formidable contender to the list of clubs vying for his signature. Chelsea remains a strong player in this race, having already demonstrated their commitment by submitting a rejected offer exceeding £60 million during the summer.

With Scott's recent performances for England, particularly his first start in the 7-0 Nations League victory over Croatia, his profile has skyrocketed. England manager Thomas Tuchel praised Scott's debut, calling him “the complete package,” highlighting his confidence, work rate, and decision-making.

Key Points:

• Real Madrid has scouted Scott multiple times and may consider a serious bid in 2027.
• Chelsea sees Scott as their primary midfield target under Xabi Alonso and continues to seek ways to advance their offer.
• Liverpool has also expressed interest, but Bournemouth appears unwilling to sell in January.

From Chelsea's perspective, Scott fits their project perfectly: he is young, experienced in the Premier League, and versatile in midfield roles. However, with Real Madrid now in the mix, the dynamics of the transfer battle have changed significantly.

Scott’s rising status as an England international means that Bournemouth's asking price could increase if his performances continue to impress, making the upcoming summer transfer window even more competitive.
