Bojan Miovski delivered a stunning stoppage-time goal to clinch a 1-0 victory for Rangers against St Mirren, extending their winning streak in the Scottish Premiership to four games. The match, held at Ibrox, saw the substitute's clever lob over the goalkeeper following a flick-on from Ryan Naderi after a long ball from Ivor Pandur.

Despite a lackluster first 90 minutes, where St Mirren appeared resolute, the match turned dramatically in injury time. Fraser Taylor had a golden opportunity to score for St Mirren but wasted it in a one-on-one situation against Pandur, allowing Rangers to capitalize on their chance.

Key moments from the game included:

• 17': Raskin denied by a brilliant save from Jacob Chapman.
• 22': Chapman makes a double save, first from Gassama and then denying the rebound from Bouanani.
• 66': Taylor's crucial miss against Pandur.
• 90+1': Miovski's late winner after a flick from Naderi.

This victory elevates Rangers above St Mirren into second place in the league, while St Mirren faces a second consecutive defeat after their previous loss to Celtic.

Rangers' manager Derek McInnes expressed relief at the win, commending his team's perseverance and acknowledging the need for more comfortable victories. He praised Miovski's calmness under pressure, highlighting the importance of his goal.

On the other hand, St Mirren's manager Craig McLeish lauded his players for their performance, asserting they deserved at least a point despite the loss. He emphasized that their season should not be defined by this match, as they showed promise and determination.

Looking ahead, Rangers prepare for a challenging double-header against Celtic, starting with a League Cup quarter-final before a league encounter at Parkhead.
