Tottenham Hotspur celebrated their first victory of the Premier League season by defeating Coventry City 3-1 on a memorable matchday. Head coach Roberto de Zerbi expressed his pride in the team’s performance and resilience, despite acknowledging a lingering lack of confidence among the players.

In his post-match interview, De Zerbi emphasized the importance of the win, stating:

We are a good team, and today we showed our spirit and attitude.

• He noted that building confidence is crucial as the season progresses.

The match showcased Tottenham Hotspur's ability to rebound, with key players stepping up to secure the much-needed points. The victory not only lifts the spirits within the squad but also sets a positive tone for upcoming fixtures.

As the team looks to build on this momentum, De Zerbi’s focus remains on instilling belief in his players, ensuring they continue to develop as a unit. With this win, Tottenham Hotspur aims to climb the Premier League standings and establish themselves as serious contenders this season.
