AC Milan has secured the signing of Omari Hutchinson on a season-long loan from Nottingham Forest. This move allows the seven-time European champions the option to make Hutchinson's transfer permanent at the end of the season.

Hutchinson's exit from Nottingham Forest comes just a year after his significant £37.5m transfer from Ipswich Town. During his time at the City Ground, he managed only 17 Premier League starts under four different managers, prompting the decision for a loan.

A product of the Chelsea youth system, Hutchinson transitioned to Arsenal, where he signed his first professional contract in 2020. He returned to Chelsea in 2022, making two appearances for the Blues before moving to Ipswich in 2023. His initial loan spell at Ipswich was made permanent after he played a pivotal role in their promotion to the Premier League.

Notably, Hutchinson was part of the England Under-21 squad that clinched the European Championship title in 2025. For his upcoming season with AC Milan, he will don the number 20 shirt.
