Noah Caluori, the 19-year-old wing for Saracens, is set to miss the start of next season following surgery on a long-term wrist injury. Caluori, who had a breakthrough campaign, revealed that he played most of the season while managing this injury, which he dealt with for eight months.

During the previous season, Caluori topped the Prem Rugby try-scoring charts with an impressive 18 tries. His outstanding performance earned him a senior international debut for England against Fiji and he also featured in the match against Argentina.

Despite his success, the young talent now faces a significant recovery period. He delayed surgery until the end of the season, and this decision has put his participation in the upcoming Prem campaign, which kicks off on 26 September, in jeopardy.

In a post on Instagram, Caluori shared his thoughts after the surgery:

Surgery done. Been playing with this injury for eight months now. Gonna be working hard to get back stronger than before.
