Week 1 proved challenging for bettors, marked by narrow misses and unexpected outcomes. Notably, the Denver Broncos suffered a crushing defeat against the Kansas City Chiefs, while Saquon Barkley fell short of expectations. A last-minute touchdown pass from Deshaun Watson derailed the under bet in the Browns vs. Jaguars game, illustrating the unpredictable nature of the NFL.

As the league enters Week 2, optimism returns with fresh insights. Here are key betting picks:

• Jordan Love to throw for 2+ touchdowns (-133)

  • Despite a rough outing in Week 1, Love delivered an impressive performance with 387 passing yards and two touchdowns against a struggling New York Jets defense. Expect him to bounce back against New York, especially with the absence of Minkah Fitzpatrick.

• Eagles to cover -7 against Titans (-110)

  • The Titans' offense faltered in their previous game, managing only 195 total yards. The Eagles, despite their own offensive struggles, possess a strong defense and should capitalize on Tennessee's difficulties.

• Stefon Diggs to record 5+ receptions (-131)

  • Diggs had a mixed debut with the Commanders but is poised for improvement against a disorganized Cowboys defense, which struggled in Week 1.

• Justin Jefferson to achieve 80+ receiving yards (-106)

  • Facing a weak Bears secondary, Jefferson's potential for a big game remains high, especially with Carson Wentz at quarterback.

• Puka Nacua to score anytime and Rams moneyline (+144)

  • The Rams aim to avoid an 0-2 start against the Giants. With a potent offense and a solid defense, they are favored to win.

Predictions for the week include:

• Bills over Lions
• Bears over Vikings
• Bengals over Texans
• Patriots over Steelers
• Eagles over Titans
• Buccaneers over Browns
• Panthers over Falcons
• Ravens over Saints
• Packers over Jets
• Chargers over Raiders
• Jaguars over Broncos
• Seahawks over Cardinals
• Cowboys over Commanders
• 49ers over Dolphins
• Chiefs over Colts
• Rams over Giants

As the season progresses, bettors look for patterns and improvements, hoping for a more successful week ahead.
