The 2026 NFL Kickoff Game between the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks is set to ignite on Wednesday at 8:20 p.m. ET, marking the first major action for NFL DFS players since the teams faced off in Super Bowl LX. Key players like Sam Darnold, Drake Maye, and Jaxon Smith-Njigba are ready to shine, while the Patriots will be without running back TreVeyon Henderson (ankle).

New faces are also entering the fray, including A.J. Brown, Romeo Doubs, and Jadarian Price, all eager to leave their mark. For NFL DFS enthusiasts, determining the best values for lineups is crucial. Before setting your picks on platforms like FanDuel or DraftKings, it's essential to consult expert advice from Mike McClure, a renowned DFS strategist with over $2 million in career winnings. His advanced prediction model evaluates matchups, stats, and injuries to identify optimal DFS values.

Among McClure's top picks is A.J. Brown, who boasts an over/under of 64.5 receiving yards. Having impressed in past debuts with 155 yards for the Eagles and 100 yards for the Titans, Brown's potential is high, especially against a Seattle defense that, despite being the top scoring defense last year, allowed significant touchdowns to wide receivers.

Additionally, Jadarian Price, the Seahawks' running back, is positioned to take over after Kenneth Walker III's departure. With Zach Charbonnet sidelined due to an ACL injury, Price, a first-round draft pick with over 1,400 rushing yards and 20 touchdowns from his time at Notre Dame, is expected to capitalize on a Patriots defense that struggled against running backs last season.

McClure also highlights another undervalued player who could be a game-changer in this matchup. Unlock more of his insights and top DFS picks exclusively at SportsLine.
