The Week 6 NFL schedule opens with a thrilling matchup as the Seattle Seahawks visit the Denver Broncos at 8:15 p.m. ET on 'Thursday Night Football.' While both teams boast strong defenses, there’s plenty of offensive talent to consider for daily Fantasy football lineups.

Key players to watch include the Seahawks' Sam Darnold and Jaxon Smith-Njigba, along with the Broncos' Jaylen Waddle and Courtland Sutton. Notably, Smith-Njigba, who was limited in practice due to an ankle issue, is now fully cleared to play. On the other side, the Broncos will be without cornerback Pat Surtain II and have Riley Moss as a game-time decision, potentially enhancing the value of Seattle's passing game.

Emanuel Wilson, the third-string running back for Seattle, has been on a scoring streak, amassing at least 72 yards and a touchdown in consecutive weeks. Given Denver’s recent struggles against the run, having allowed 155 rushing yards to the Chargers, Wilson could be a valuable asset in DFS lineups.

Mike McClure, a renowned daily Fantasy expert with over $2 million in winnings, emphasizes the importance of checking his lineup advice before finalizing selections on platforms like FanDuel or DraftKings. His unique prediction model analyzes various factors, including matchups and injuries, ensuring that his picks provide significant value.

Among McClure's top recommendations for this matchup is Jaxon Smith-Njigba, who has excelled in his past 22 games, securing at least 72 yards or a touchdown in 21 of those. Currently leading the NFL with 583 receiving yards and 7 touchdowns, he is poised to take advantage of a struggling Denver defense.

Additionally, McClure highlights Jaylen Waddle, who has shown improvement over the last few games. With the Seahawks allowing a significant number of passing touchdowns, Denver is likely to focus on aerial attacks.

For those setting their lineups for 'Thursday Night Football', McClure advises keeping an eye on undervalued players who could make a substantial impact. To discover these picks and gain insights from McClure’s analysis, visit SportsLine.
