The Argentine attacker has emerged as one of this season's breakout stars in Serie A, attracting significant attention from clubs across Europe as the summer transfer window approaches.

Reports from Sport Parma indicate that the striker has caught the eye of several Premier League and Serie A teams. Alongside Newcastle and Everton, Brentford has also shown interest, placing Pellegrino on their summer transfer shortlist.
