The Spanish club stated they have not engaged in any form of communication with the 24-year-old, his representatives, or anyone within his circle, following speculations about a potential bid exceeding 200 million euros (£173 million).

In a statement released on Saturday, Real Madrid emphasized the strong institutional relationship they maintain with Bayern Munich and expressed regret over the spread of unfounded speculations. The club underscored that any interest in a player from another club should be communicated directly between the respective entities.

During the 2025-26 season, Olise had an impressive record, scoring 22 goals and providing 31 assists across all competitions, solidifying his position as a vital player for France in the upcoming 2026 World Cup. He notably assisted Kylian Mbappe in their opening match, where they achieved a 3-1 victory against Senegal.

Currently, under the management of Jose Mourinho, Real Madrid has already secured the signing of Bernardo Silva on a free transfer and completed a £52 million deal for full-back Marc Cucurella from Chelsea. Additionally, they are set to acquire defender Ibrahima Konate once his contract with Liverpool expires at the end of the month. However, a previous offer of 150 million euros (£130 million) for striker Julian Alvarez was rejected by their city rivals Atletico Madrid.
