Salford RLFC has officially re-signed Marc Sneyd, the talented half-back from Warrington Wolves, with the agreement set to commence next season. At 35 years old, Sneyd is embarking on his third stint with Salford, having started his professional journey with the club in 2010 and making a return in 2022.

Sneyd's recent move to the Wire occurred in March 2025, when he signed an 18-month deal during a challenging period for the club, which included a relegation from the Super League and a significant takeover and rebranding late last year.

Having progressed through Salford's academy, Sneyd has made a remarkable total of 136 appearances for the club across his two previous spells.

Brierley shared his sentiments about Sneyd's return, stating, "I was here when the club went through administration, and I know first hand how difficult it was for Sneydy to leave. To now have the opportunity to bring him home, and give him the chance to finish this chapter in a Salford shirt, feels incredibly special."
