Manchester United is setting its sights on Crysencio Summerville as a potential replacement for Marcus Rashford, who may leave the club this summer. The West Ham winger has an estimated fee of around £30m, and United considers him an ideal fit for the left-sided forward position.

Following West Ham's relegation to the Championship, they are willing to sell the 24-year-old if they receive a suitable offer. Summerville, who participated in the Netherlands' World Cup campaign, has three years remaining on his contract.

Rashford's future at United is uncertain due to ongoing tensions between him and the club. His situation has already led to a loan move to Aston Villa for six months starting January 2025, followed by a loan to Barcelona for the entirety of last season. Currently, there exists a fragile truce, and he is expected to begin the season at Old Trafford.

Despite having two years left on his lucrative £17.5m-a-year contract, United's strategy leans toward offloading the 28-year-old, either through a sale or another loan. However, finding a club that can meet Rashford's financial demands remains a significant challenge.
