Brighton & Hove Albion has finalized the club-record signing of Luka Vuskovic from Tottenham Hotspur in a deal worth up to £50 million. The agreement consists of a guaranteed £46 million plus an additional £4 million in achievable add-ons.

As part of the transfer, Spurs have included a 20% sell-on clause along with matching rights, allowing them the opportunity to bring the Croatia international back to the club in the future.

Vuskovic, who spent the previous season on loan at Hamburg, expressed a clear desire to secure regular first-team football at a permanent club rather than another loan arrangement. Spurs, having recently signed Marcos Senesi and Jan Paul Van Hecke from Brighton, were unable to guarantee Vuskovic a starting position, further prompting his decision to leave.

This transfer marks Vuskovic as Spurs' fourth-biggest sale, following high-profile exits of Harry Kane, Gareth Bale, and Kyle Walker.

In other transfer news, Inter Milan is reportedly interested in Djed Spence, the Tottenham and England full-back. The Italian champions are looking to replace Denzel Dumfries, who transferred to Real Madrid earlier this summer. Everton has also expressed interest in Spence, but it remains uncertain if he would fit into Inter's budget, with other options like Givairo Read of Feyenoord and Vanderson of Monaco also being considered.
