Analysis from the BBC reveals that adult tickets in typically cheaper seats are priced at £95, a stark contrast to the other 14 cities in the global athletics series.

The event, set to take place at London Stadium on 18 July, features top British athletes like Keely Hodgkinson and Josh Kerr, who aim to break world records. However, many attendees describe the prices as "exorbitant."

Organizers tout the event as the largest one-day athletics competition globally, with over 50,000 tickets sold so far. Among these, 14,000 tickets are available starting from £26 for adults and £5 for children. Yet, most adult tickets in the lower tier are priced at £95, with obstructed view tickets at £65.
