Leicester City is actively seeking to sell the club for more than £200m, with its Thai owners, King Power, ready to exit after a 16-year tenure. The Foxes have enlisted a prominent US investment bank, Citigroup, to assist in the sale, which is detailed in an eight-page sales booklet.

The brochure, titled 'Project Lineup', includes:

• The men's and women's teams
• The 32,000-seat King Power Stadium
• The Seagrave training facility, valued at £121m
• OH Leuven, Leicester's Belgian sister club

While the document emphasizes the club's prestigious achievements, including the 5,000-1 Premier League title win in 2016 and the FA Cup victory five years later, it notably omits the club's recent struggles, including back-to-back relegations that have left them in League One.

Citigroup projects the club's turnover to exceed £97m for the 2026 financial year. However, it fails to mention the financial losses totaling over £180m during the club's yo-yoing between divisions, nor the £103.6m in bank loans reported in the 2025 accounts.

Khun Aiyawatt 'Top' Srivaddhanaprabha, the current chairman, took over after the tragic death of his father, Khun Vichai, in a helicopter crash in 2019. The decision to sell follows growing discontent among fans, particularly after the club's relegation from the Championship last season.

Despite its challenges, Leicester City is highlighted as one of only five clubs to have won all three major English trophies since 2000. The club's academy is also showcased for its potential, recently producing players like Jeremy Monga, who was sold to Manchester City for £10m last month.

Leicester City will begin their new campaign in League One under head coach Russell Martin at Notts County on Saturday. The club declined to comment on the sale brochure when contacted by BBC Sport.
