Leandro Trossard has officially completed a permanent transfer from Arsenal to Besiktas. The Belgian forward, who joined Arsenal from Brighton in January 2023, played a crucial role in helping the Gunners secure their first Premier League title in 22 years during his tenure.

In his season with Arsenal, Trossard made a significant impact, scoring six goals in 31 league appearances. One of his standout moments was a dramatic late winner against West Ham in May, which was essential in maintaining Arsenal's momentum in the title race.

Trossard's last appearance for Arsenal came in the Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain, where he assisted Kai Havertz for an early goal in a match that ended in a 1-1 draw. Unfortunately, Arsenal lost the final on penalties.

During his time at Arsenal, Trossard made a total of 174 appearances across all competitions, scoring 36 goals. His memorable 83rd-minute winner against West Ham remains a highlight, especially as it was surrounded by VAR controversy.

Following his club career, Trossard represented Belgium at the summer World Cup, where the team reached the quarter-finals before being eliminated by Spain in a 2-1 defeat.
