Hull City has finalized an agreement with Eintracht Frankfurt to sign winger Jean-Matteo Bahoya.

The 21-year-old player is reportedly enthusiastic about the transfer and has received clearance to undergo a medical examination in East Yorkshire ahead of the Tuesday transfer deadline.

Bahoya, a France Under-21 international, has caught the attention of several Premier League clubs in the past. Since joining Frankfurt from French club Angers in 2024, he has recorded seven goals and eight assists in 78 matches.

Known primarily as a left winger, he also possesses the versatility to play in multiple attacking roles. Notably, he holds the Bundesliga speed record, having been clocked at 23.09 mph during a match against Bochum in 2025.

If the transfer is completed, he will become the Tigers' 13th signing of the summer window, reflecting the club's commitment to enhancing Sergej Jakirovic's squad.
