Wardley, who suffered his only career defeat to Dubois in their first encounter, emphasizes that there will be "zero excuses" as he seeks to reclaim his title at London's O2 Arena.

In their initial clash in May, Wardley impressively dropped Dubois twice but ultimately lost in the 11th round. Following that setback, he immediately activated his rematch clause, determined to avenge his defeat. At a recent news conference, Wardley stated, "I have zero excuses for the loss on the night and zero excuses going into the rematch. It's just another chapter in the story that is my career."

Wardley acknowledges the nature of boxing, admitting, "By no means did I expect to get through boxing unscathed - not many do." He also recognizes Dubois' resilience, noting that even he, a two-time heavyweight champion, has faced losses.

Dubois, now 28, is looking to capitalize on this opportunity after overcoming his own third defeat in a 26-fight career. He expressed optimism, saying, "It's a fresh start for me. I want to be the last man standing and be up there with the greats."
