Clements delivered an impressive performance, carding a six-under 64, which included six birdies and an eagle, while only facing two bogies.

Clements shares second place with a competitive group that includes:

Leading the pack, Wu, representing China, finished the day with a 63, showcasing his skills with seven birdies and no bogies, aiming for his sixth career victory on the DP World Tour.

As the tournament progresses, Harry Hall and Jack Yule from England remain in contention, both only two shots off the lead after posting seven-under 65s. Yule notably shined with a five-birdie back nine.

Rounding out the English players at the top, Dan Bradbury, Paul Casey, and Joshua Berry share 25th place after all ending the round on three-under 67. Their compatriots, Matt Wallace and Marco Penge, are just one shot behind at two-under.

On a less favorable note, Rasmus Hojgaard faced difficulties, standing five shots off the lead and placed 42nd on the leaderboard with a two-under par 68, matching his brother Nicolai's score.
