Contract Details
The 19-year-old has reportedly agreed to personal terms with Madrid worth over £100 million, structured similarly to Jude Bellingham’s deal, which incentivizes performance improvements year-on-year. Key negotiators José Ángel and Juni Calafat have been scouting Diomande for about five years, long before his standout performances at the World Cup this summer.

Diomande, who spent the 2024-25 season with Leganés before joining Leipzig, recorded 12 goals and 8 assists in the Bundesliga last term, earning the league’s Young Player of the Season award.
