Nottingham Forest are reportedly in advanced talks to secure Daniel Munoz from Crystal Palace in a deal potentially worth up to £25 million. The Colombia international has emerged as a key target for Forest's manager Oliver Glasner, who previously managed Munoz at Selhurst Park.

Negotiations have intensified following Palace's disappointing 4-1 defeat to Manchester City on Friday, with an agreement between the two clubs appearing imminent as the transfer deadline approaches on Tuesday.

Munoz, who joined Palace from Genk in 2024, has been pivotal for the Eagles, contributing significantly to their recent successes, including victories in the FA Cup and Europa Conference League under Glasner's management.

At 30 years old, Munoz has nearly two years remaining on his contract, and Palace is willing to let him go this summer. The club has already signed Anan Khalaili from Royale Union Saint-Gilloise, who is expected to fill Munoz's position in Pierre Sage's squad.

Throughout his time at Palace, Munoz has made 109 appearances, netting 11 goals. He participated in the opening 2-0 Premier League defeat against Everton but remained an unused substitute in the recent match against City.
