The highlight of the night came when Angharad Evans dominated the second semi-final of the women's 100m breaststroke, clinching a spot in Sunday’s final with the fastest time. Her impressive performance generated excitement among fans, proving she is a formidable competitor in the pool.

• Angharad Evans competing in the 100m breaststroke final at 19:20 BST on Sunday.
• Katie Shanahan, fresh off her silver in the 200m backstroke, aiming for another medal in the 100m backstroke final.

Despite the lack of medals, the night featured significant achievements, including the 4x100m mixed relay team, which included poster boy Duncan Scott. They finished fifth but set a new Scottish record in the process.
