Sixty-five athletes will represent Northern Ireland at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow this July, competing across eight sports. The team boasts a mix of seasoned competitors and emerging talents, particularly in boxing and swimming, aiming to enhance their medal count.

Athletics Highlights

• Kate O'Connor, a World outdoor silver medallist, returns for her third Games after a stellar 2025, including a gold at the World University Games.
• She is joined by Anna McCauley, who finished sixth in 2022, and newcomers Nick Griggs and Callum Morgan, both making their debuts in the 5000m.
• Para-athlete Eva Walsh Dann will compete in the 100m and long jump, marking her second Games.

Boxing Squad

• The boxing team features 12 athletes, including Michaela Walsh, returning for her fourth Games, aiming to defend her featherweight title.
