• Five first-round NBA Draft picks forfeited from 2029 to 2033
• A $30 million fine imposed on the team
• Steve Ballmer, the team owner, suspended from all league and team activities for one year
• Gillian Zucker, president of business operations, suspended for a year without pay
• Lawrence Frank, president of basketball operations, suspended for six months without pay
• Leonard required to pay $700,000 for his violations
• Dennis Robertson, Leonard's uncle, banned for five years from conducting business with NBA teams

NBA Commissioner Adam Silver expressed disappointment over the Clippers' actions, emphasizing the seriousness of the violations and their impact on the league's integrity.
