Lewis Hamilton's team is in a scramble to repair his car for the Belgian Grand Prix Qualifying after a crash during the final practice session. Hamilton, who finished fifth-fastest, collided with the barriers at Turn 13 while pushing for a quick lap, mirroring Pierre Gasly's crash from Friday's session.

In a dramatic exchange over team radio, Hamilton expressed his frustration, stating, "I've destroyed the car mate. I'm sorry." The damage to his SF-26 was significant enough to prevent him from returning to the pit lane, forcing him to stop on track and assess the wreck himself.

Topping the session once again was Kimi Antonelli, who remains the favorite for pole position. Despite recent challenges that reduced his title lead to 25 points, Antonelli showcased impressive speed, finishing 0.7 seconds ahead of his competitors on his initial lap. Although he concluded the session just 0.1 seconds ahead of Lando Norris in second and Max Verstappen in third, his performance solidified his dominance.

George Russell secured fourth place, 0.3 seconds behind Antonelli, while Hamilton outpaced his Ferrari teammate Charles Leclerc by nearly 0.4 seconds.

Norris, the leading driver for McLaren, will face a 10-place grid penalty due to engine changes, shifting the focus to teammate Oscar Piastri, who ended the session in seventh, 0.8 seconds off the pace.

Audi had a strong showing, with Nico Hulkenberg and Gabriel Bortoleto finishing eighth and ninth, respectively, while Isack Hadjar of Red Bull will start from the back of the grid after incurring penalties for multiple power unit changes.
