England will kick off their pursuit to reclaim the men's Ashes from Australia at Trent Bridge on 18 June 2027, with the women's series commencing just six days later.

The men's series features:

• Second Test at Lord's starting 30 June
• Third Test at Edgbaston from 8 July
• Fourth Test at Utilita Bowl in Southampton on 21 July
• Final Test at Kia Oval from 29 July

In parallel, the multi-format Women's Ashes will run from 24 June to 20 July, mirroring the structure from 2023. England women, who suffered a heavy 16-0 defeat in 2025, aim to secure their first Ashes Test victory since 2014 at Headingley.

The women's fixtures include:

• Four-day Test starting 24 June
• Three T20s beginning 3 July at Trent Bridge, The Oval, and Old Trafford
• Three ODIs starting 13 July at Southampton, Lord's, and Edgbaston

Each Test win in the multi-format series earns four points, while white-ball victories are worth two points. Notably, the men's series will not feature Tests in the north of England, a decision that faced criticism from Andy Burnham, then the mayor of Greater Manchester.

To prepare, England will play a one-off Test against Bangladesh at Lord's starting 28 May, while Australia will face the England Lions at Old Trafford from 7-10 June. The England and Wales Cricket Board also announced plans for a mixed disability team to face Australia next summer, with details pending.

In addition, England's summer will kick off with a five-match ODI series against Pakistan in May and wrap up with matches against New Zealand in September. The men's World Test Championship final is scheduled at The Oval from 9 June.
