Arsenal is reportedly considering a €100m bid for Yan Diomande, the talented winger from RB Leipzig, as he remains without an official offer from Paris Saint-Germain. Despite the Ivory Coast international agreeing to terms with PSG, progress on the transfer appears to be slow.

According to a report from Bild, Arsenal is among several clubs interested in meeting Leipzig’s asking price. However, the likelihood of this transfer materializing for the Gunners remains uncertain, especially as Diomande seems to prioritize a move to Parc des Princes.

The potential signing of Diomande raises intriguing questions for Arsenal. While he could significantly enhance their attacking options, he primarily operates on the right, a position already occupied by Bukayo Saka and Noni Madueke. Given Saka's dip in form last season, manager Mikel Arteta may be contemplating changes on the flanks, but integrating Diomande could challenge Saka’s starting position directly.

In contrast, a move to Liverpool could be more fitting for Diomande. With Mohamed Salah expected to depart this summer, the Reds urgently require a left-footed winger capable of performing on the right side, making Diomande a perfect match for their needs.
