Teen Talents Braidan Graham and Ceadach O'Neill Join Northern Ireland Squad

Uncapped teenagers Braidan Graham and Ceadach O'Neill have earned spots in Northern Ireland's squad for upcoming friendlies against Guinea and France this June. Braidan Graham, an 18-year-old forward, has showcased his talent with Everton's Under-21 side, scoring 12 goals in 18 appearances this season. Despite being on the bench for Everton's match against Nottingham Forest in December, he has yet to make a senior appearance under manager David Moyes. Similarly, Ceadach O'Neill, also 18, has made a name for himself in Arsenal's youth teams and was on the bench for the FA Cup matches against Wigan Athletic and Southampton. Manager Michael O'Neill, who recently extended his contract to remain as Northern Ireland's manager until 2032, faces some challenges. He will be without injured Dan Ballard from Sunderland, and Paddy McNair, who is unavailable after helping Hull City secure promotion to the Premier League. Terry Devlin from Portsmouth is also out of the squad. Despite not having played since the World Cup play-off defeat against Italy in late March, Ethan Galbraith from Swansea City has been included. Kieran Morrison, a young talent from Liverpool, retains his place as well. Northern Ireland will face Guinea in Spain on 4 May and conclude their preparations against France in Lille on 8 June, marking their final match before the World Cup.
