Somerset kicked off the T20 Blast with a commanding performance, defeating Hampshire Hawks on the opening night of the tournament. Surrey dominated Lancashire Lightning, posting 213-6 and dismissing them for 154. Worcestershire Rapids edged out Leicestershire Foxes by 18 runs in a closely contested match. Northamptonshire Steelbacks narrowly defeated Glamorgan by three runs in a thrilling finish.
